🧪 How to Play: 2D Gel Master

Master one of the most powerful proteomics techniques! A target protein will appear with a specific Isoelectric Point (pI) and Molecular Weight (Mass). Your job is to tap the gel to map it correctly before time runs out!

• ↔️ X-Axis (Isoelectric Focusing): Matches the protein's pI. The gel runs from pH 3 (Left) to pH 10 (Right).
• ↕️ Y-Axis (SDS-PAGE): Matches the protein's Mass in kDa. Larger proteins stay at the Top (100 kDa), smaller proteins migrate to the Bottom (10 kDa).
• 🎯 Tip: Watch the protein migrate! You get +10 points for a perfect Coomassie stain!
