🎮 How to Play: PCR Cycle Rush

Test your molecular biology reflexes! Act as the thermal cycler and amplify your DNA sample as much as possible in 30 seconds. Perfect practice for keeping those PCR temperatures memorized!

• 1. Read the Screen: The center screen will flash a PCR phase.
• 2. Hit the Right Temp:
  • If Denaturation 👉 Click 🔥 95°C (Melts DNA strands)
  • If Annealing 👉 Click ❄️ 55°C (Primers bind)
  • If Extension 👉 Click 🌡️ 72°C (Taq polymerase builds)
• 3. Watch the Diagram: See the DNA strands separate, prime, and synthesize in real-time as you click!
• ⚠️ Careful! Hitting the wrong temperature causes a 2-second time penalty!
