- 🌊 4. WASH PLATE!
- 🔗 5. Enzyme-Ab (Complete the sandwich)
- 🌊 6. WASH PLATE!
- 💧 7. Substrate (Develop the color!)
- 🚨 THE TWIST: If you skip a wash step, unbound proteins remain in the well. When you add substrate, the whole well turns brown (False Positive!) and your assay is ruined!
