🌿 MS Media Mixer: The Perfect Brew

Welcome to the Plant Tissue Culture Lab! You need to prepare 1 Liter of standard Murashige & Skoog (MS) basal medium. Mix the components, adjust the chemistry, and prep it for the autoclave before time runs out!

• 🧪 Step 1: The Nutrients. Add your Macros (NPK), Micros, Vitamins, and Sucrose (Carbon source).
• ⚖️ Step 2: The pH. Use NaOH (Base) and HCl (Acid) to hit the exact target!
• 🍚 Step 3: Solidify. Add the Agar.
• 🔥 Step 4: Sterilize. Send it to the Autoclave (121°C, 15 psi, 15 mins).
• 🚨 EXAM TRAP: Plant cells are picky! MS media pH MUST be exactly 5.8. Furthermore, you must adjust the pH before adding Agar, otherwise the media will solidify and ruin your reading!
